Even
though Newton Boats 42'x16' Dive
Special looks great whether it's traveling to the dive site, moored in front
of the resort, or anchored over an ancient wreck, what makes this boat one to be
admired lies beneath its shiny surface.
Built to A.B.S.
specifications, she is strong and reliable.
Incorporating fiberglass stringers, and cored cabin construction,
you will enjoy built-in durability and weight reduction.
Diver comfort and safety are of the utmost
importance in any dive charter operation. Both issues have been properly
addressed with our water level entry. With dual EZ-fold aluminum ladders and
handrails, your patrons will appreciate the ease of entering and exiting the
water from the spacious dive platform. You'll appreciate the time savings at
each dive site.
Quality in design, workmanship and
materials . . . Designed
by renowned naval architect Dave Sintes in New Orleans, and built to A.B.S.
specifications with painstaking attention
to detail, using only the finest materials, she is strong and reliable.
Incorporating fiberglass stringers, and cored cabin construction,
you will enjoy built-in durability and weight reduction.
Custom tank racks . . . Tank storage and ease of loading and
unloading are crucial to satisfying dive charter patrons. Thoughtful planning
and careful execution have resulted in our simple, yet effective solution.
Our custom made PVC tank racks not only look good, they are fully functional. Securely
mounted to aluminum seat/rail assemblies, they will give years of trouble-free
service.
Engine Accessibility . . .
All charter operators will agree that ease of maintenance is a crucial
issue. Having complete accessibility to all critical components of the
power-train is essential. Our existing engine room layout is the result of
listening to our customers and applying what we learned. This is only a small
part of what it takes to produce a real winner. With full access to both engines
through our double, gas lift assisted engine hatches, performing regular
maintenance is a snap. Complete removal of either engine can be accomplished
without removing any parts of the engine hatch assemblies.
The Newton Boats 42'x16' Dive
Special can be manufactured to your exact specifications regarding choice of
engine manufacturer and horsepower ratings.
